PURE HEART

Qumran, Israel

Ask yourself: How can I create a pure heart within me?

A Pure Heart is so precious to God, and the more you acquire pureness the more you love to be with God and follow His plan for you.

The main goal of this Spiritual Practice is for you to start developing a Pure Heart, through repentance and purification of your Heart.

“Blessed are the Pure in Heart, for they will see God” (Matthew 5:8).

Lord Jesus Christ spoke this during His famous Sermon the Mount.

So what did He mean by “Pure in Heart?”

Pure Heart refers to the Spiritual centre of life. It is where thoughts, desires, sense of purpose, will, understanding, and character reside. To be Pure in Heart means to be blameless in who we actually are.

Being Pure in Heart involves having a singleness of Heart toward God. A Pure Heart has no hypocrisy, no guile, and no hidden motives. The Pure Heart is marked by transparency and an uncompromising desire to please God in all things. It is more than an external purity of behavior; it is an internal purity of Soul.

The majority of the people, in the world, live with the goals of – getting a good education, having a well-paid job, and living happily ever after! They have no thought of anything after that. Their idea of long-term planning ends with their money and other retirement savings.

We all wish for many things but not everything we wish for we get. Why?

Some reasons may be due to the lack of our resources, our weak ability to follow up on our plan, the worldly desires in our hearts.
We wish for hearts of purity but we do not want to put the effort to acquire it. Our life is full of excuses, due to our life’s demands, our lifestyle, and others’ expectations.

We care more about how others will perceive us or what they will say about us, rather than our relationship with God. The people around us look to a religious person as he is out of his mind, weak, too boring, etc. Therefore many people, especially the youth, do not want to be associated with that look.

Loving God with all your Heart and all your Soul, and all your strength does not mean that you walk in the world weak and boring. Our God asks that we guard our Hearts against the act of sin. And you can show the love of God by your smile, the way you conduct yourself with honesty and integrity, and being willing to help others.

Important: By breathing the Energy of your Soul Energy Noosphere Regulator into your Energy Field you manifest in the Quantum Field your desire to connect with the Supreme Consciousness of God.

Sit down and put your Soul Energy Noosphere Regulator over your legs above your knees, then put your palms over it and say the “Jesus’ Prayer” as it shows us the way towards true humility – “Lord Jesus Christ, Son of God, have mercy on me, a sinner” or the “Lord’s Prayer”.

This is very important because in this way your Soul will start communicating with the Spiritual energy (Word of God) which is inside your Soul Energy Noosphere Regulator

The power of Praying to God, coming from your Heart, means you are ready to open it and to receive the Lord as your Savior.

Now when you manifest your faith in God by praying to Him and while still keeping your palms over your Soul Energy Noosphere Regulator take a deep breath, inhale the air coming as Divine Light from your Soul Energy Noosphere Regulator through your nose and keep the inhaled air in your body for at least three to four seconds. Now exhale the air slowly through your mouth towards your whole Bio Field and repeat the process of breathing for two to three minutes. Even more, if you want. It is always up to you. There is no strict timing.

You are relaxed and ready to allowing your mind to start listening to your heart.

Start reading the following texts from the Scriptures chosen by me for this Spiritual Practice.

“Flee also youthful lusts; but pursue righteousness, faith, love, peace with those who call on the Lord out of a pure heart” 2 Timothy 2:22

“Create in me a pure heart, O God, and renew a steadfast spirit within me.” Psalm 51:10

“He who has clean hands and a pure heart, who does not lift up his soul to what is false and does not swear deceitfully. He will receive blessing from the Lord and righteousness from the God of his salvation.” Psalm 24:4-5

“All the ways of a man are pure in his own eyes, but the Lord weighs the spirit.” Proverbs 16:2 ESV

“Since we have these promises, beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from every defilement of body[a] and spirit, bringing holiness to completion in the fear of God.” 2 Corinthians 7:1 ESV

“And it is my prayer that your love may abound more and more, with knowledge and all discernment, so that you may approve what is excellent, and so be pure and blameless for the day of Christ.” Philippians 1:9-10 ESV

“Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things.” Philippians 4:8 ESV

“Do not be hasty in the laying on of hands, nor take part in the sins of others; keep yourself pure.” 1 Timothy 5:22 ESV

“So flee youthful passions and pursue righteousness, faith, love, and peace, along with those who call on the Lord from a pure heart.” 2 Timothy 2:22 ESV

“To the pure, all things are pure, but to the defiled and unbelieving, nothing is pure; but both their minds and their consciences are defiled.” Titus 1:15 ESV

“Let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, with our hearts sprinkled clean from an evil conscience and our bodies washed with pure water.”
Hebrews 10:22 ESV

“But the wisdom from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, open to reason, full of mercy and good fruits, impartial and sincere.” James 3:17 ESV

“Having purified your souls by your obedience to the truth for sincere brotherly love, love one another earnestly from a pure heart.” 1 Peter 1:22 ESV

“And everyone who thus hopes in him purifies himself as he is pure.” 1 John 3:3 ESV

“It was granted her to clothe herself with fine linen, bright and pure”- for the fine linen is the righteous deeds of the saints.” Revelation 19:8 ESV

Now read the Word of God again.

Think over them.

Now say:

King David’s prayer – “Search me, O God, and know my heart; test me and know my anxious thoughts. See if there is any offensive way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting”

Ask yourself: How can I create a pure heart within me?

I can help you with the answer – by praying and meditating with your Soul Energy Noosphere Regulator, you will start receiving answers to your questions and prayers. Even in silence by just feeling the Divine Light of God!

Feel the Divine Light of God that illuminates you and by purifying your Energy System, and by increasing your own energy vibrational power you stop being in the darkness.

Right now, in this very special moment inhale the air of your Soul Energy Noosphere Regulator and visualize how the Divine Peace of Lord is entering your body through your navel and then fulfilling every Energy Center of yours while you still keep the inhaled air in your body for 3 seconds.

See and feel how you start reaching the purity of the heart through Repentance as it is the way to cleanse your heart from the act of sin. You work on abstaining from gossiping, cleaning your mind from thinking worse of others, or thinking about situations that have no benefit in your spiritual maturity. Feel how God is helping you and grant you the fruit of the Spirit that help you to overcome. Feel how your heart becomes merciful toward others and pray and help them to overcome.

Then exhale the air from your mouth visualizing it is going to and fulfilling your Heart Energy Center and your whole Aura!

Say that in your heart lives the Light of the Virtues of God that does not fail.

Now pray for mercy and open your heart for God by saying this prayer:

“Lord Jesus I need you. Thank you for dying on the Cross for my sins! I open the door of my life and receive you as my savior and Lord. Take control of my life. Make me the kind of a person you want me to be. Amen”

The Divine Light of Lord is within your heart. Your Consciousness is part of the Supreme Consciousness of God!

By practicing during your praying and meditation time with your Soul Energy Noosphere Regulator, it increases the Divine Light power of your Spirit and makes it alive so that God can speak to you.

Many people who started their lives with God fell in many temptations due to their pride and instead of starting over and thanking God for this grace and mercy, they kept sinning and left their cross.

Remember that Satan started his life as a shining angel and was full of purity and end up what he is now.

How to obtain the purity of the heart when we are living in this world?

God wants us to live in the world and to have a family, education, get married, have children, and a career. But He also wants us, as we feed our body, to give Him all His needs. Therefore we should have time to spend with God every day on a regular basis and give ourselves time to examine ourselves and pray for God to give us help to overcome temptation and work in us.

God’s grace will surpass our expectation if we are willing to give time and effort and love for Him and others. May the Lord open our hearts to realize how desperate we are for His love and mercy.

From the very beginning, it has not been a matter of outward observance of some rules and regulations. It has been the attitude of the heart toward God that was in focus. In the Law, Moses said, “Circumcise your hearts, therefore, and do not be stiff-necked any longer” (Deuteronomy 10:16).

So a Pure Heart means living by the rules of God, living a life that is pleasing to God. There are certain physical or natural laws that man cannot break without consequences, but God can. For example, you cannot put your hand in the fire and not get burned. That is the law of thermodynamics. Also, you have to have lots of food to feed five thousand people. But God can break these laws. He can let people walk through fire and not even get their clothes singed. He can feed five thousand people with just a couple of loaves of bread. We call these miracles. The word “miracle” means something happens that cannot be explained by natural laws.

Then there are Moral Laws that man can break but God cannot. Do you know there are certain things we can do that God cannot? We can lie. We can commit adultery. We can cheat. We can steal. But God cannot break the Moral Laws, nor can He ignore them when they are broken. We are extremely careful to observe the Natural Laws because they have immediate consequences, but many times, we ignore the Moral Laws that have far more serious consequences.

Having a Pure Heart means keeping God’s Moral Laws.
