The Order of Creation and the Inner Life of the Human Person
The Order of Creation and the Inner Life of the Human Person

Before the beginning of all created things, there was only God. From Him came life, order, and meaning. From the first act of creation, all that exists unfolds according to divine wisdom and purpose. From the great spiral galaxies thousands of light-years across to the trillions of atoms swirling within a grain of sand, creation moves in rhythm and order, sustained by the will of its Creator.

The universe is alive with motion: worlds rotating on their axes, planets orbiting the sun, seasons unfolding through time. Our blue planet turns in space – a world of earth and water, fire and air – filled with sound, light, beauty, and living breath.

An intricate web of balance and harmony is woven into creation, not by chance, but by divine design. All that exists is held together by the sustaining presence of the Divine Spirit, who brings order from nothingness and form from dust.

Between Heaven and Earth, creation unfolds in ordered stages, drawing all things toward life, awareness, and communion with God. Humanity stands within this created order, called not to dissolve into creation, but to respond freely to God’s call.

Within the human being, this divine order is expressed through the unity of body, Soul, and Spirit – created to receive life, breath, and guidance from God.

Aligned within the human person are human, spiritual, and cosmic dimensions of life, not as mystical channels to be activated, but as aspects of existence meant to live in harmony under God’s will.

HUMAN ENERGY CENTERS
HUMAN ENERGY CENTERS

The Energy Centers are points of contact between the physical body and the inner life of the human person. They are intrinsically linked to the body we see and feel, while also reflecting the deeper spiritual reality Scripture describes as the heart, the mind, and the conscience.

The Energy Centers, together with the states of consciousness associated with them, act as points of encounter with the spiritual dimension of human experience – not as independent forces, but as expressions of how the human person perceives, responds to, and lives in relation to God.

The Energy Centers are pathways of life activity within the human being. Just as blood continually circulates through the body to sustain physical life, the inner life of the human person is always active – shaped by thought, emotion, conscience, prayer, and relationship with God.

This inner activity is reflected in the body through its natural systems, including the nervous system and the endocrine system, which respond continuously to fear, peace, stress, love, repentance, and faith. In this sense, the movement of inner life is expressed both spiritually and physically.

These pathways of life and perception converge toward coherence and order. This order may be symbolically described through geometric forms – such as triangular balance or circular radiance – not as literal mechanisms, but as images of harmony, movement, and continuity. Circular motion reflects completeness and flow, suggesting growth and transition within God’s created order.

Through prayer, meditation, repentance, and disciplined spiritual life, every person can work attentively with their inner life and become more receptive to God’s grace. This receptivity is not automatic; it requires humility, effort, and a sincere turning of the heart toward God.

The Energy Centers may be described metaphorically as gears in the journey of human life, expressing how a person moves through stages of growth, struggle, healing, maturity, and understanding. The location of the seven most significant Energy Centers in the body corresponds to fundamental areas of human experience – such as grounding, emotion, conscience, expression, understanding, and orientation toward God – each carrying spiritual meaning.

At the spiritual level, these areas of life may be described as reflecting different qualities of divine illumination. Scripture often uses the language of light to describe God’s work within the human soul. In this sense, the diversity of inner experience may be symbolically expressed as different rays of God’s one Light – not as independent energies, but as varied expressions of His Grace.

When the inner life is ordered, purified, and aligned with God, the human person experiences strength, clarity, creativity, and peace.

When this inner order is disturbed by fear, sin, or unresolved struggle, imbalance may appear as fatigue, emotional heaviness, or even physical distress.

Restoration does not come from activating hidden powers, but from returning the heart, mind, and body to harmony under God’s will, allowing His Divine Light to heal and sustain the whole person.

The Energy Centers Are Not Chakras:
A Scripture-Based Christian Clarification
The Energy Centers Are Not Chakras:
A Scripture-Based Christian Clarification

INTRODUCTION EXPLANATION (CHRISTIAN + BIOLOGICAL FRAMING)

The human person is created by God as body, Soul, and Spirit, not as disconnected parts, but as a unified whole.
Because of this unity, what takes place in our inner life – our thoughts, emotions, intentions, and spiritual state – does not remain abstract. It expresses itself physically, through the nervous system, hormonal balance, and the functioning of our organs.
What I refer to as Energy Centers are not chakras and are not spiritual power sources.
They are points of interaction where our inner state meets our biological body.
Each Energy Center corresponds to:
  • clusters of nerves
  • endocrine glands
  • and major physiological functions
When a person lives in chronic fear, unresolved emotional strain, pride, despair, or inner conflict, the body does not remain unaffected. Scripture already acknowledges this reality: “A joyful heart is good medicine, but a crushed spirit dries up the bones.” (Proverbs 17:22)
In the same way, peace, truth, repentance, love, and ordered inner life – when lived in Christ – support harmony within the body.
This does not attribute healing or life to an autonomous “energy”, but to God Himself, who gives life, sustains the body, and orders the human person according to His Almighty Will.
It means that the state of the inner person, created and sustained by God, has real consequences in the physical body He designed.
The Energy Centers describe how God designed the human person to function as an integrated being – not as a self-powered system, but as a creature meant to live in right relationship with the Lord.
Any influence on the body flows:
  • not from autonomous energy
  •  not from techniques or activation
  • but from the ordered or disordered state of the inner life

always under God’s authority.

This framework does not replace prayer, medicine, or Scripture.
It simply acknowledges that what happens within us matters, because God created us as a unified whole.

In recent times, the word energy has often been associated with Eastern religions, chakras, yoga, or occult teachings. Because of this, confusion and concern can arise when people hear terms such as Energy Centers in a spiritual context.

This article exists to clearly and responsibly explain the truth:

The Energy Centers referred to in the Soul Energy Noosphere Regulators are NOT chakras, and the Spiritual Practices connected with them are entirely Scripture-based and centered on Lord Jesus Christ.

This clarification is written out of responsibility, transparency, and care for the spiritual safety of all who engage with this work.

ENERGY CENTERS AND CHAKRAS ARE NOT THE SAME

Chakras belong to Eastern religious and philosophical systems that include beliefs, practices, and spiritual frameworks which are not Christian. These systems often involve concepts such as kundalini, energy awakenings, mantras, and the invocation of non-Christian spiritual forces.

I FULLY REJECT THOSE TEACHINGS.

When the term Energy Centers is used here, it does not refer to chakras as they are understood in Eastern religions.

Instead, Energy Centers refers to the God-created spiritual structure of the human being, created by God as body, soul, and spirit, as revealed in Scripture: “May your whole spirit, soul, and body be kept blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.” – 1 Thessalonians 5:23

Recognizing that the human being is more than physical matter does not mean adopting Eastern spirituality or false religious systems. It means acknowledging God’s design as revealed in the Bible.

A Scripture-Based Understanding of the Human Being

The Bible consistently affirms that life, light, and purification come from God alone: “In Him was life, and the life was the light of men. And the light shines in the darkness, and the darkness did not overcome it.” – John 1:4-5

The understanding of Energy Centers in the use of the Soul Energy Noosphere Regulators is based on the biblical truth that:

  • God created human beings with spiritual depth
  • Christ is the source of light, life, and purification
  • Any true spiritual cleansing comes through Him alone

There is no belief in autonomous energy, self-activation, or spiritual power outside of God.

Scripture-Based Spiritual Practices Only

All Spiritual Practices connected with the Soul Energy Noosphere Regulators are entirely Scripture-based. They are grounded in:

  • The Word of God
  • Christian prayer
  • Repentance and humility
  • Faith in Lord Jesus Christ alone

There are no mantras, no invocations, no altered states, and no spiritual techniques borrowed from other religions.

As Scripture states: “For there is one God and one mediator between God and mankind, the man Christ Jesus.” – 1 Timothy 2:5

Prayer and Meditation with the Soul Energy Noosphere Regulators do not replace Lord Jesus Christ, do not add intermediaries, and do not introduce alternative spiritual authorities.

GEOMETRY AND THE ORDER OF GOD’S CREATION

The Soul Energy Noosphere Regulators also include Geometrical Models. These models are often misunderstood, so clarity is essential.

The Geometrical Models:

  • Are not objects of worship
  • Are not mystical activators
  • Are not occult symbols

They represent a pictorial system of consciousness connected with the Geometry of Creation, reflecting divine order as designed by God Himself.

Scripture reminds us: “For God is not a God of confusion, but of peace.”- 1 Corinthians 14:33

These visual representations point to order, harmony, and structure in creation, not to spiritual power independent of God. Detailed explanations of this geometry are provided in separate, dedicated videos to avoid misunderstanding.

No Occult Practices, No Demonic Teachings

It is important to state clearly and without ambiguity:

  • There is no summoning of spirits
  • There is no invocation of demons
  • There is no kundalini
  • There is no yoga
  • There are no false gods

Scripture warns us plainly: “Have nothing to do with the fruitless deeds of darkness, but rather expose them.” – Ephesians 5:11

Prayer and Meditation with the Soul Energy Noosphere Regulators are intentionally designed to avoid spiritual danger, not to introduce it.

WHY PEOPLE NEED DAILY SPIRITUAL SUPPORT

Many people today face spiritual, emotional, and mental pressure in daily life – at home, at work, and in society.

People often need:

  • Daily protection
  • Spiritual strengthening
  • Uplifting through the Divine Light of Lord Jesus Christ

There are also times when individuals cannot attend an Orthodox church regularly due to health, work, distance, or life circumstances. In such moments, turning to Scripture and prayer remains essential: “Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path.” – Psalm 119:105

“The Lord is my light and my salvation – whom shall I fear?” – Psalm 27:1

Prayer and Meditation with the Soul Energy Noosphere Regulators are not a replacement for the Church, the sacraments, or communal worship. They are meant to support daily prayer and spiritual alignment with Christ, wherever a person may be.

RESPONSIBILITY AND DISCERNMENT

I take full responsibility to ensure that this work:

  • Does not mislead
  • Does not blur theological boundaries
  • Does not open spiritual doors to darkness

Scripture teaches discernment: “Test everything; hold fast what is good.” – 1 Thessalonians 5:21

Anyone who feels uncertain is encouraged to pray, seek Scripture, and rely on Christ for guidance.

CONCLUSION

Soul Energy Noosphere Regulators are Christ-centered, Scripture-based, and intentionally separated from Eastern spiritual systems.

Energy Centers are not chakras. They are understood here only within a biblical framework of God’s creation, purified and sustained by the Divine Light of Lord Jesus Christ alone.

“If we walk in the light, as He is in the light… the blood of Jesus Christ cleanses us from all sin.” – 1 John 1:7

May God grant clarity, protection, and peace to all who seek Him in truth. With this clarification in place, the following descriptions of the Energy Centers should be understood not as mystical systems, but as expressions of how the human person lives, prays, struggles, and grows within God’s created order.

FOUNDATION ENERGY CENTER
FOUNDATION ENERGY CENTER

GROUNDING, STABILITY, TRUST

“The Lord will keep your going out and your coming in from this time forth and forevermore.” – Psalm 121:8

This verse speaks to security, stability, and being held by God in daily, embodied life.

The Foundation Energy Center is associated with the foundation of human life in the physical world. It reflects how a person is grounded in the realities of embodied existence – work, movement, health, stability, and daily responsibility.

Located at the base of the spine, this Energy Center corresponds to the human need for security, structure, and order, and to our capacity to live responsibly within God’s creation. It is connected to the body’s sense of balance, physical presence, and grounded movement.

In this understanding, the Foundation Energy Center does not “create” life or power on its own. Rather, it reflects how the gift of life given by God is expressed in the physical body. It supports kinesthetic awareness, posture, and movement, and relates to how a person inhabits their body with steadiness and trust.

The Foundation Energy Center forms the foundation upon which the rest of the inner life is built. When this foundation is stable, the human person is better able to endure challenges, remain present in reality, and move forward with confidence rather than fear.

Inner life focus:

  • Sense of safety, trust, stability, surrender to God’s providence

Biological associations:

  • Adrenal glands
  • Nervous system stress response
  • Immune resilience

Christian framing:

When a person lives in chronic fear, anxiety, or lack of trust, the body often remains in a state of constant alert. Trust in God’s care supports physiological balance.

“Cast all your anxiety on Him because He cares for you.” (1 Peter 5:7)

Signs of Imbalance

When the Foundation Energy Center is physically strained or disturbed, a person may experience:

  • Lethargy or low physical vitality
  • Reduced motivation or enthusiasm
  • A constant need for stimulation or distraction

Physical conditions that may be reflected in this area include:

  • Digestive difficulties such as constipation
  • Anaemia or bladder dysfunction
  • Leg pain or weakness
  • Immune system strain

These manifestations do not indicate spiritual failure, but may reflect fatigue, stress, or prolonged imbalance affecting the body’s foundation.

Spiritual and Emotional Disconnection

When the inner order associated with the Foundation Energy Center is disturbed, a person may feel:

  • Disconnected from reality
  • Unsettled or inwardly restless
  • Doubtful, unstable, or spiritually unanchored

This may also be expressed as difficulty committing to long-term responsibilities, relationships, or communities, or as a diminished ability to find peace in ordinary, embodied life. True grounding does not come from attachment to the world, but from trust in God while living faithfully within it.

Restoration and Grounding

To endure the long journey of spiritual growth, a person needs a firm foundation. Just as a tree must be deeply rooted to grow upward, the human being must be grounded in humility, discipline, and trust in God.

Restoration of this Energy Center comes through:

  • Prayer and gratitude
  • Responsible care for the body
  • Honest engagement with daily life
  • Trust in God’s provision rather than fear

Peace and stability are rediscovered not by escaping the physical world, but by living rightly within it, according to God’s will.

Color Symbolism

Red is traditionally associated with the Foundation Energy Center and may symbolically represent:

  • Stability and grounding
  • Physical vitality
  • Sustenance and life within creation

At the physical level, red may also indicate inflammation or strain, serving as a reminder that the body requires care, rest, and balance.

This symbolism is descriptive, not mystical, and serves only to help reflect on the state of the human body and inner life.

Summary

The Foundation Energy Center reflects how securely a person stands within God’s created world – physically, emotionally, and spiritually. When ordered, it supports strength, endurance, and peace. When disturbed, it calls for restoration through prayer, care, and renewed trust in God.

LIFE, EMOTION, CREATIVITY, GENERATIVE CAPACITY

“For with You is the fountain of life; in Your light we see light.” – Psalm 36:9

It affirms that life and vitality come from God, not from autonomous forces.

The Creative/Relational Energy Center is associated with the life of feeling, relationship, and generative capacity within the human person. It reflects how a person relates to life, to others, and to the gift of embodiment given by God.

Located below the navel and above the pubic bone, this Energy Center corresponds to the fluid dimensions of human life – movement, adaptability, emotional responsiveness, and the capacity to give and receive life. For this reason, it is traditionally associated with the symbolism of water, which reflects flow, change, and continuity.

The Creative/Relational Energy Center is closely connected with reproductive life and bodily vitality, including the fluids of the body. In this understanding, it does not act as an independent source of power, but reflects how the God-given life force is expressed physically, emotionally, and relationally.

It is sometimes referred to as the center of personal gravity, reflecting how a person inhabits their body with balance, presence, and responsiveness. It plays a role in how information and sensation are integrated between body and mind – often experienced as intuitive awareness, inner sensing, or what is commonly called “gut feeling.”

When ordered, this Energy Center supports a healthy relationship with pleasure, creativity, and emotional expression, allowing a person to move through life with flexibility rather than rigidity.

This includes:

  • Prayer and self-examination
  • Healthy boundaries in relationships
  • Respect for the body as God’s creation
  • Emotional honesty joined with moral discipline
  • Gratitude for the gift of life and creativity

  • Movement and flow

This symbolism is descriptive and reflective only. It does not represent autonomous power, but serves as a visual language to consider balance and vitality in the human person.

HANDS energy centers

HANDS energy centers

PRAYER, ATTENTION, SERVICE

“Whatever you do, do it heartily, as for the Lord and not for men.”- Colossians 3:23

It grounds action and work in devotion, not technique.

The Hands Energy Centers reflect how the human person acts, serves, and prays through the body. In Christian life, prayer is not only mental – it is often embodied through posture, breath, attention, and touch.

When you Pray and Meditate (Practices), you need to use your hands!

When you put your hands over your Soul Energy Noosphere Regulator, it helps your mind to concentrate by using your sense of touch, which is your most sensitive sensory perception.
Even if 90% of the information transmitted to the human brain is visual, the tactile stimuli have the property to create a deeper impression on us.
That is why monks use a prayer rope when they pray to Lord Jesus Christ.

By touching your Soul Energy Noosphere Regulators both Necklace and For Hands and Body, with your hands, you can connect directly with their Energy Structures, which are radiating the vibrations of the Divine Light of God. You will be constant by overcoming our fallen nature, which usually fells victim to daily influences.

The Energy Centres located in the palm of your hands are powerful tools of perception and healing. Your Palms’ Energy Centres are concentrated Energetic Fields, in charge of transmitting energy from other Energy Centres. Self-healing work involves the hands as the primary means to feel, give, and receive energy.

The energy of the Soul Energy Noosphere Regulator channels into your palms and goes through them to access your Main 7 Energy Centers and all your Human Energy Structure.

When you pray and meditate in a Christian way, your hands can help your mind to remain present and attentive. Placing your hands over your Soul Energy Noosphere Regulator can support concentration by engaging the sense of touch, which often brings a deeper level of focus than the mind alone.

This is also why monks and faithful Christians use a prayer rope – not as a mystical device, but as a simple, embodied aid for steadiness, remembrance, and perseverance in prayer.

Signs of Balance

When the Hands Energy Centers are in healthy order, a person may experience:

  • Greater steadiness and focus in prayer
  • Calm action instead of restlessness
  • A stronger sense of purpose in service
  • Increased awareness of one’s choices and habits

Signs of Imbalance

When disturbed or strained, imbalance may show as:

  • Fatigue from stress or overwork
  • Difficulty relaxing the body during prayer

Restoration and Right Order

Restoration comes through:

  • Simple, consistent prayer

  • Practicing patience and perseverance
  • Choosing actions that reflect humility and love

The hands are meant not for control, but for service, blessing, and faithful work.

FEET AND LEGS ENERGY CENTERS

DIRECTION, GROUNDING, PERSEVERANCE

“Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path.” – Psalm 119:105

This is the strongest biblical image for direction, grounding, and walking through life.

The Feet and Legs Energy Centers reflect how a person is grounded, directed, and carried through life – physically and spiritually. They are our literal contact with the ground and a powerful reminder that we live as embodied beings within God’s creation.

To be present, a person must be grounded in reality – where they are, what they are doing, and what God is calling them to in the current moment.

“Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path.” – Psalm 119:105

These centers are closely connected to stability, endurance, and perseverance.

Signs of Balance

When the Feet and Legs Energy Centers are in healthy order, a person may experience:

  • Physical steadiness and better balance
  • A sense of being “present” rather than scattered
  • Greater patience and endurance
  • Calm direction in decisions

Signs of Imbalance

When disturbed, imbalance may show as:

  • Restlessness or difficulty staying present
  • Anxiety about the future or fixation on the past
  • Fear-driven decision-making
  • A sense of insecurity or instability

This does not mean a person is “bad” spiritually. It often reflects stress, fear, unresolved memories, or fatigue affecting the whole person.

Physical Reflections

Physical manifestations sometimes associated with prolonged imbalance may include:

  • Leg tension or heaviness
  • Foot pain or discomfort
  • Lower-body fatigue
  • Postural strain

Restoration and Right Order

Restoration comes through:

  • Prayerful presence in the current moment
  • Grounding life in daily responsibilities
  • Walking, movement, and respectful care for the body
  • Patience – because deep change often takes time

Rather than attempting to “alter energy in the past or future,” the Christian way is to return to truth in the present, where repentance, courage, and love can be lived.

Additional Notes on Lower-Body Areas

Different areas of the lower body can reflect different struggles and virtues:

  • Hips: fear and instability; healed through purity, courage, and chastity
  • Thighs: resentment; healed through forgiveness
  • Knees: jealousy; healed through gratitude and healthy confidence
  • Calves: prolonged confusion and stubbornness; healed through obedience and clarity
  • Ankles: selfishness; healed through charity
  • Feet: inner blindness or lack of awareness; healed through conscience and attentiveness

These are moral and emotional reflections, not fixed destiny.

Summary

The Feet and Legs Energy Centers reflect grounding, endurance, and direction. When ordered, they support stability and presence. When disturbed, they call for restoration through patience, prayer, and faithful steps in the present moment.
