MORE PATIENCE / LESS SELFISHNESS
Temple of Hatshepsut

What life would be if we were more patient?
In our times, the virtue of patience is conspicuous by its absence.
Patience means courage, bravery and a wise Soul.
Patience in the difficulties of life brings spiritual maturity. Those who have patience usually win.
Those who have no patience are scared, timid and lose. Impatience is the source of many serious problems.
We often tell others to be patient, but it is not always that easy. Patience is a common word but difficult to achieve. It takes effort, hard work, knowledge, humility, tolerance, diligence and cultivation.
Impatience usually comes from selfishness.
We must endure in order to be able to truly love. Those who have patience, hopes and, therefore, are free from ups and downs, changing their mood. The hopeful are optimistic, patient and courageous. We set out a suffocating schedule for our fellow human beings, we set strict conditions for them, and we are sad that they do not respond.
Even in the spiritual life, there is sometimes a tendency to insolence. The righteous Job is the epitome of patience.
God does not trust the impatient.
People seek quick and easy gains. But good things are acquired through toil. Physical illness can recover our mental health. There are many opportunities in life, where good comes from the bitter. The obstacles are meant to resurrect us far from idleness, carelessness and stupor. The impatient do not have spiritual grace, as they are filled with sadness, grief, sorrow, depression, melancholy and frustration.
Whoever has humility and patience resists and wins.
Important: By breathing the Energy of your Soul Energy Noosphere Regulator into your Energy Field you manifest in the Quantum Field your desire to connect with the Supreme Consciousness of God.
Sit down and put your Soul Energy Noosphere Regulator over your legs above your knees, then put your palms over it and say the “Jesus’ Prayer” as it shows us the way towards true humility – “Lord Jesus Christ, Son of God, have mercy on me, a sinner” or the “Lord’s Prayer”.
This is very important because in this way your Soul will start communicating with the Spiritual Energy (Word of God) which is inside your Soul Energy Noosphere Regulators!
The power of Praying to God, coming from your heart, means you are ready to open it and to receive the Lord as your Savior.
Now when you manifest your faith in God by praying to Him and while still keeping your palms over your Soul Energy Noosphere Regulator take a deep breath, inhale the air coming as Divine Light from your Soul Energy Noosphere Regulator through your nose and keep the inhaled air in your body for at least three to four seconds. Now exhale the air slowly through your mouth towards your whole Bio Field and repeat the process of breathing for two to three minutes. Even more, if you want. It is always up to you. There is no strict timing.
You are relaxed and ready to allowing your mind to start listening to your heart.
Start reading the following texts from the Scriptures chosen by me for this Spiritual Practice.
“Through whom we have gained access by faith into this grace in which we now stand. And we boast in the hope of the glory of God. Not only so, but we also glory in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance; perseverance, character; and character, hope.” Romans 5:2-4
“Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonour others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs.” Corinthians 13:4-5
“Be completely humble and gentle; be patient, bearing with one another in love.” Ephesians 4:2
“Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer.” Romans 12:12
“Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.” Galatians 6:9
“But if we hope for what we do not yet have, we wait for it patiently.” Romans 8:25
“The Lord is not slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness. Instead, he is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance.” 2 Peter 3:9
“Therefore, as God’s chosen people, holy and dearly loved, clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience.” Colossians 3:12
“May the God who gives endurance and encouragement give you the same attitude of mind toward each other that Christ Jesus had.” Romans 15:5
“You also must be patient. Keep your hopes high, for the day of the Lord’s coming is near.” James 5:8
“But for that very reason I was shown mercy so that in me, the worst of sinners, Christ Jesus might display his immense patience as an example for those who would believe in him and receive eternal life.” 1 Timothy 1:16
“But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles, they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.” Isaiah 40:31
“Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight.” Proverbs 3:5-6
“For in this hope we were saved. But hope that is seen is no hope at all. Who hopes for what they already have? But if we hope for what we do not yet have, we wait for it patiently. In the same way, the Spirit helps us in our weakness. We do not know what we ought to pray for, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us through wordless groans. And he who searches our hearts knows the mind of the Spirit because the Spirit intercedes for God’s people in accordance with the will of God.” Romans 8:24-27
Now read the Word of God again. Think over it.
Ask yourself: How can I accept discomfort without getting upset?
I can help you with the answer – by praying and meditating with your Soul Energy Noosphere Regulators. Even in silence, by just feeling the divine light of God!
Now say:
“I have peace, power, love and a calm and well-balanced mind because I trust you, My Lord. I don’t worry about anything, instead, I pray about everything and You, My Lord, bless me by giving me Your peace.”
Feel the Divine Light of God that illuminates you and by purifying your Energy System, and by increasing your own energy vibrational power you stop being in the darkness.
Right now, in this very special moment inhale the air of your Soul Energy Noosphere Regulator and visualize how the Divine Peace of Lord is entering your body, through your navel and then fulfilling every Energy Center of yours while you still keep the inhaled air in your body for 3 seconds.
See and feel how all challenges, curiosities, quirks and difficulties in your life give room to patience. The strong desire of yours to have what others already possess and what makes you impatient is already gone. You are ready to listen to what others say, feel their pain, speak to them with indulgence and kindness. You judge no more. You are already patient with yourself too, you are ready to get to know and to accept your inner self.
Then exhale the air from your mouth, visualizing it is going to and fulfilling your Solar Plexus & Heart Energy Centers, and your whole Aura!
Say that in your heart lives the light of the Patience of God that does not fail.
Now pray for mercy and open your heart for God, by saying this prayer:
“Lord Jesus, I need you. Thank you for dying on the Cross for my sins! I open the door of my life and receive you as my savior and Lord. Take control of my life. Make me the kind of a person you want me to be. Amen”
The Divine Light of the Lord is within your heart. Your Consciousness is a part of the Supreme Consciousness of God!
By practicing during your praying and meditation time with your Soul Energy Noosphere Regulators, it increases the divine light power of your Spirit and makes it alive so that God can speak to you.
My hope is that these scriptures will inspire you to remain faithful to your values and be patient when times get tough.
It is difficult to accept suffering, let alone refrain from getting upset or angry in the process. But that is what makes patience such a special trait in God’s eyes.
Patience comes not only from hope but also from love. Love for God and human beings. Sacrificial love. He who endures the other is tolerant, meek, benevolent, generous, smiling and peaceful.
Patience has a lot to offer, in difficult modern life. We have to endure the turmoil of the times, the problems of others and our difficulties. Blessed are those who endure unto the end.
