HOLY SPIRIT LIVES IN YOU

Be inspired by Lord Jesus Christ’s words to his followers:

“But I tell you the truth, it is to your advantage that I go away; for if I do not go away, the Helper will not come to you; but if I go, I will send Him to you.” John 16:7

The Holy Spirit is a living power that enables you to live a healthy lifestyle, if you surrender to God and will help you make healthy choices if you submit to God.

Living in the power of the Holy Spirit starts when you get before God.

James 4:8 talks about this when James says, “Come near to God and he will come near to you.” This first step is all about intentionality. It’s about you living, as if God’s presence is so important for you that you get up early to spend time with God.
Mark 1:35 tells us Lord Jesus Christ himself got up early in the morning to pray and spend time with the Father.

If you want to live in the power of the Spirit, you have to start in God’s presence on a regular basis, and that takes intentionality. Don’t be surprised if God’s power seems to be lacking in your life, if you never make it a priority to get before God. Carve time out of your day to speak to Him, stop everything, completely unplug, get still, get quiet, and get before God. That’s the first step to living in the power of the Spirit.

Important: By breathing the Energy of your Soul Energy Noosphere Regulator into your Energy Field you manifest in the Quantum Field your desire to connect with the Supreme Consciousness of God.

Sit down and put your Soul Energy Noosphere Regulator over your legs above your knees, then put your palms over it and say  the “Jesus’ Prayer” as it shows us the way towards true humility – “Lord Jesus Christ, Son of God, have mercy on me, a sinner” or the “Lord’s Prayer”.

Praying to God is very important because in this way your Soul will start communicating with the Spiritual energy (Word of God) which is inside your Soul Energy Noosphere Regulator!

The power of Praying to God, coming from your heart, means you are ready to open it and to receive the Lord as your Savior.

Now when you manifest your faith in God by praying to Him and while still keeping your palms over your Soul Energy Noosphere Regulator take a deep breath, inhale the air coming as Divine Light from your Soul Energy Noosphere Regulator through your nose and keep the inhaled air in your body for at least three to four seconds. Now exhale the air slowly through your mouth towards your whole Bio Field and repeat the process of breathing for two to three minutes. Even more, if you want. It is always up to you. There is no strict timing.

You are relaxed and ready to allowing your mind to start listening to your heart.

Start reading the following texts from the Scriptures chosen by me for this Spiritual Practice.

“God opposes the proud but shows favor to the humble. Humble yourselves before the Lord, and he will lift you up” (James 4:6, 10).

“For we are God’s masterpiece. He has created us anew in Christ Jesus, so we can do the good things he planned for us long ago.” Ephesians 2:10

“Don’t you realize that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit, who lives in you and was given to you by God? You do not belong to yourself, for God bought you with a high price. So you must honor God with your body.” 1 Cor 6:19 – NLT

“And so, dear brothers and sisters, I plead with you to give your bodies to God because of all he has done for you. Let them be a living and holy sacrifice – the kind he will find acceptable. This is truly the way to worship him.” Romans 12:1-2 – NLT
“While they were worshiping the Lord and fasting, the Holy Spirit said, ‘Set apart for me Barnabas and Saul for the work to which I have called them.’ So after they had fasted and prayed, they placed their hands on them and sent them off” (Acts 13:2-3).

“Dear friends, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits to see whether they are from God, because many false prophets have gone out into the world” (1 John 4:1).

Now read these passages again and again.

Think over them and close your eyes.

Feel the Divine Light of God that fulfills your Human Energy Structure with the living real power o f the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit is entering your life right now, in this very special moment by inhaling the air of your Soul Energy Noosphere Regulator and visualizing how the Divine Light of Lord is entering your Third Eye Energy Center through your navel and then fulfilling every Energy Center of yours while you still keep the inhaled air in your body for 3 seconds. Then exhale the air from your mouth visualizing it is going to and fulfilling the Layers of your Aura!

Holy Spirit is within you and cleaning, charging and balancing your Third Eye Energy Center.

This is exactly where your Consciousness is located. “You” are here. You relate to yourself through this Energy Center. You see yourself and the external world, interpret what you see and are aware of yourself and the world through the Third Eye Energy Center. When it is in balance you see clearly and understand what you see. Your thoughts and internal communication with yourself is healthy and vibrant. You can control the flow of energy within all the Energy Centers.

When your Third Eye Energy Center is out of balance, the whole organism suffers. Without perspective, nothing makes sense.

Holy Spirit is within you and you are not prideful anymore. You become more humble with reading scriptures and meditating with your Soul Energy Noosphere Regulator as it connects you directly and I creasing the divine light of God within your Soul.

God hates pride. Humbling yourself is about submission, of emptying you of yourself so that God can fill you with the Spirit. Pray and meditate, declare your dependence on God, ask for His help, cultivate humility. Living in the power of the Spirit will never come without humility. So, however, you need to get over yourself, get over yourself/just do it. So there is no repetition

The more time you spend in the presence of God by using your Soul Energy Noosphere Regulators, the more recognizable the voice of His Spirit will be to you. Then it’s up to you to obey, because when the Spirit speaks, He’s not giving you suggestions, He’s giving you commands. But since you’ve already humbled and submitted yourself by this point, you’re ready to obey.

Living in the power of the Spirit does not negate the need for God’s Word but works in tandem with it. The value of the Bible is that this is the inspired Word of God. That doesn’t mean that God can’t speak to us outside of the Bible. God wants to interact with you every day through the Holy Spirit. But it does mean that God will not tell you something through the Holy Spirit that contradicts what He has already told us through his word. That’s why you have to know what the Bible says, because it’s the borders from within which God speaks to us through the Holy Spirit.

Now pray for mercy and open your heart for God by saying this prayer:

“Lord Jesus I need you. Thank you for dying on the Cross for my sins! I open the door of my life and receive you as my savior and Lord. Take control of my life. Make me the kind of a person you want me to be. Amen”

Holy Spirit is within your heart and Soul increasing the inner peace and harmony by balancing your Energy Structure.
Get before God. Humble yourself. Obey what the Spirit tells you to do. Specialize in your spiritual gifts. Test everything against the Word.

Pray and meditate with your Soul Energy Noosphere Regulators every day and don’t be surprised when the Spirit begins to display His power in and through your life.
