GOD’S PROMISES

This Spiritual Practice helps you to trust God for healing, to control negative thoughts, or to release painful memories of the past.

The Bible is the Word of God and is powerful and life-changing. The promises of God start with 2 Timothy 3:16 when God tells us that all Scriptures in the Bible are inspired by God. With this promise of God in hand, we can then be assured that what we learn in the Bible comes from Him!

God’s promises help you to trust God for healing, to control negative thoughts, or to release painful memories of the past.

Important: By breathing the Energy of your Soul Energy Noosphere Regulator into your Energy Field you manifest in the Quantum Field your desire to connect with the Supreme Consciousness of God.

Sit down and put your Soul Energy Noosphere Regulator over your legs above your knees, then put your palms over it and say the “Jesus’ Prayer” as it shows us the way towards true humility – “Lord Jesus Christ, Son of God, have mercy on me, a sinner” or the “Lord’s Prayer”.

This is very important because in this way your Soul will start communicating with the Spiritual Energy (Word of God) which is inside your Soul Energy Noosphere Regulators! The power of Praying to God, coming from your heart, means you are ready to open it and to receive the Lord as your Savior.

Now when you manifest your faith in God by praying to Him and while still keeping your palms over your Soul Energy Noosphere Regulator take a deep breath, inhale the air coming as Divine Light from your Soul Energy Noosphere Regulator through your nose and keep the inhaled air in your body for at least three to four seconds. Now exhale the air slowly through your mouth towards your whole Bio Field and repeat the process of breathing for two to three minutes. Even more, if you want. It is always up to you. There is no strict timing.

You are relaxed and ready to allowing your mind to start listening to your heart.

Start reading the following texts from the Scriptures chosen by me for this Spiritual Practice.

“And because of his glory and excellence, he has given us great and precious promises. These are the promises that enable you to share his divine nature and escape the world’s corruption caused by human desires.” 2 Peter 14

“For I know the plans I have for you,” says the Lord. “They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope.”Jeremiah 29:11

“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls.” Matthew 11:28-29

“He gives power to the weak
and strength to the powerless.
Even youths will become weak and tired,
and young men will fall in exhaustion.
But those who trust in the Lord will find new strength.
They will soar high on wings like eagles.
They will run and not grow weary.
They will walk and not faint.” Isaiah 40:29-31

“And this same God who takes care of me will supply all your needs from his glorious riches, which have been given to us in Christ Jesus.” Philippians 4:19

“No, despite all these things, overwhelming victory is ours through Christ, who loved us. And I am convinced that nothing can ever separate us from God’s love. Neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither our fears for today nor our worries about tomorrow—not even the powers of hell can separate us from God’s love. No power in the sky above or in the earth below—indeed, nothing in all creation will ever be able to separate us from the love of God that is revealed in Christ Jesus our Lord.”
Romans 8:37-39

“I am leaving you with a gift—peace of mind and heart. And the peace I give is a gift the world cannot give. So don’t be troubled or afraid.” John 14:27

Now read through the scriptures slowly again, while your palms are over your Soul Energy Noosphere Regulator and let God work these promises into your hearts. These scriptures come from both the Old and New Testament.

Think over them and close your eyes.

Feel the Divine Light of God’s Promises that brings you Oneness, Fulness and Unity with God. This light is entering your life right now, in this very special moment through you inhaling the air of your Soul Energy Noosphere Regulator and visualizing how the Divine Light of Lord’s promises is entering your body through your navel and then fulfilling every Energy Center of yours, while you still keep the inhaled air in your body for 3 seconds. Then exhale the air from your mouth visualizing it is going to and fulfilling your Solar Plexus Energy Center!

Now repeat the same breathing practice once more but exhale the air from your mouth to your Crown Energy Center!

Solar Plexus Energy Center controls the immune and digestive system. When in balance, physically, you have the strength to fight infections, are free of allergic reactions, and can use the nutrients you ingest.

Spiritually, when the Solar Plexus is in balance you are free to interpret the world through your thoughts and emotions and not live in fear of violating the dictums of others.

When the Solar Plexus is out of balance spiritually you feel fear: fear of the displeasure of others, and disappointing others, or fear of subordinating your life and pleasures to the will of others.

By Praying and Meditating with your Soul Energy Noosphere Regulators on the Scripture texts, you balance your Energy System and with time erase your fears and live in trust by God’s will.

Now pray for mercy and open your heart for God by saying this prayer:

“Lord Jesus I need you. Thank you for dying on the Cross for my sins! I open the door of my life and receive you as my Savior and Lord. Take control of my life. Make me the kind of a person you want me to be. Amen”

The Divine Light of Lord is within your heart and increases the inner peace and harmony, in you by balancing your Solar Plexus and Crown Energy Centers!

All strengths come from God, and He is the only healer of your Soul.

God promised to you, to love you for eternity and you have to love unconditionally, to try to be as Lord Jesus Christ the way He was when He was in the world. Because God is Love and Love covers a multitude of sins.

When you suffer you have to rejoice, as you participate in the sufferings of Christ so you may be overjoyed when His Glory is revealed. Inwardly you are being renewed, day by day and your light, and your tart troubles are achieving an eternal glory that overweighs them, for you. You fix your eyes not on what is seen but on unseen, since what is seen is temporary and what is unseen is eternal.
