What you need to be healthy on every level, of your Human Energy Structure, is to have the most important part of it healed, strong and full of Divine Light of God – and this is a Healed Soul!

God is the Only Supreme Healer of your Soul!

A Healthy Soul is equal to a healthy Human Energy Structure, which includes your physical body!

“My soul magnifies the Lord, and my spirit has exulted in God my Savior.” (Luke 1:46-47)

The Soul is the psychological part of your being, composed of your mind, will, and emotion. It’s the part of your inner self created by God to reflect and express Him.

The storms of life come in all shapes and sizes. For instance, some are literal storms like hurricanes and tornadoes that ravage communities. Others come in the form of physical or emotional illnesses like cancer, viruses, depression or anxiety. And still, other storms come as a result of day-to-day circumstances like losing your job, being in an accident, having a loved one pass away or having a friendship fall apart. It’s in these times we can look to the Bible, specifically for psalms of comfort.

In this Spiritual Practice, I want we to look through the psalms written by King David.

His life was filled with many personal storms. For starters, his brothers disliked him. Additionally, a jealous King Saul tried to kill him on more than one occasion. His son Absalom attempted a coup against King David’s throne.

King David also battled his sins. And sadly, he had to watch as one of his son’s died in infancy.

Yet, through all the pain and loss, the Bible describes King David as a man after God’s own heart. King David often looked to God, for comfort, during the difficult times. And it makes sense for all of us.

Who else can we look to when all is or seems lost than to God?

Important: By breathing the Energy of your Soul Energy Noosphere Regulator into your Energy Field you manifest in the Quantum Field your desire to connect with the Supreme Consciousness of God.

Sit down and put your Soul Energy Noosphere Regulator over your legs above your knees, then put your palms over it and say the “Jesus’ Prayer” as it shows us the way towards true humility – “Lord Jesus Christ, Son of God, have mercy on me, a sinner” or the “Lord’s Prayer”.

This is very important because in this way your Soul will start communicating with the Spiritual energy (Word of God) which is inside your Soul Energy Noosphere Regulators!

The power of Praying to God, coming from your heart, means you are ready to open it and to receive the Lord as your Savior.

Now when you manifest your faith in God by praying to Him and while still keeping your palms over your Soul Energy Noosphere Regulator take a deep breath, inhale the air coming as Divine Light from your Soul Energy Noosphere Regulator through your nose and keep the inhaled air in your body for at least three to four seconds. Now exhale the air slowly through your mouth towards your whole Bio Field and repeat the process of breathing for two to three minutes. Even more, if you want. It is always up to you. There is no strict timing.

You are relaxed and ready to allowing your mind to start listening to your heart.

Start reading the following texts from the Scriptures chosen by me for this Spiritual Practice.

Psalm 9:9 – “The Lord also will be a refuge for the oppressed, a refuge in times of trouble.”

Psalm 22:24 – “For He has not despised nor abhorred the affliction of the afflicted; nor has He hidden His face from Him; but when he cried to Him, He heard.”

Psalm 23:4 – “Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil; for You are with me; Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me.”

Psalm 27:1 – “The Lord is my light and my salvation; Whom shall I fear? The Lord is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?”

Psalm 34:17-18 – “The righteous cry out, and the Lord hears and delivers them out of all their troubles. The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves such as have a contrite spirit.”

Psalm 40:1-2 – “I waited patiently for the Lord; and He inclined to me, and heard my cry; He also brought me up out of a horrible pit, out of the miry clay, and set my feet upon a rock, and established my steps.”

Psalm 56:3-4 – “Whenever I am afraid, I will trust in You. In God (I will praise His word), in God I have put my trust; I will not fear. What can flesh do to me?

Psalm 70:20-21 – “You, who have shown me great and severe troubles, shall revive me again, and bring me up again from the depths of the earth. You shall increase my greatness, and comfort me on every side.”

Psalm 71:21 – “You shall increase my greatness, and comfort me on every side.”

Psalm 86:17 – “Show me a sign for good, that those who hate me may see it and be ashamed; because You, Lord, have helped me and comforted me.”

Psalm 91:2-4 – “I will say of the Lord, “He is my refuge and my fortress; My God, in Him I will trust.” Surely He shall deliver you from the snare of the fowler and the perilous pestilence. He shall cover you with His feathers, and under His wings, you shall take refuge…”

Now read the Word of God again. Think over them and close your eyes.

Do a quick heart examination. What is at the core of your delight? Is your heart full of love or greed, envy, lust, pride and jealousy? Be honest with yourself and with God.

Feel the Divine Light of God that illuminates you, that comforts you and by purifying your energy system, and by increasing your own energy vibrational power you stop being in the darkness. You fear no more.

Right now, in this very special moment inhale the air of your Soul Energy Noosphere Regulator and visualize how the Divine Love of Lord is entering your body through your navel and then fulfilling every Energy Center of yours while you still keep the inhaled air in your body for 3 seconds.

See and feel how the Divine Light and Unconditional Love of God uplift your Spirit in whatever storm you are experiencing. You may have lost everything but God knows. More importantly, He cares for you. Even in the dark times of life, you have someone to turn to to find peace and rest for your soul.

Then exhale the air from your mouth visualizing it is going to and fulfilling your Heart Energy Center and your whole Aura!

Now repeat the same breathing practice once more but exhale the air from your mouth to your Crown Energy Center!

Now repeat the same breathing practice once more but exhale the air from your mouth to your Third Eye Energy Center!

Say that in your heart lives the light that does not fail. That God is always with you no matter what or who.

Now pray for mercy and open your heart for God by saying this prayer:

“Lord Jesus I need you. Thank you for dying on the Cross for my sins! I open the door of my life and receive you as my savior and Lord. Take control of my life. Make me the kind of a person you want me to be. Amen”

The Divine Light of Lord is within your heart. Your Consciousness is part of the Supreme Consciousness of God!

By practicing, during your praying and meditation time with your Soul Energy Noosphere Regulator, it increases the Divine Light power of your Spirit and makes it alive so that God can speak to you.

You already rest in Lord with heart full of vibrations that charging your Energy System with humbleness and love for God and other people!

All your life happens in God’s way, in God’s time, by God’s will and not always because you want it now.

If you believe in Lord Jesus Christ and have received truth from God, in your heart, there may be a problem if you refuse to do what you know and what God wants you to do. In the same way, if you as a Christian are doing things you know are not pleasing to God, your faith to receive may be affected. You need to seek repentance and deliverance.

With God’s help, you CAN stop any kind of sinful thoughts, attitudes, words or actions.

God wants you well in your body. Lord Jesus Christ paid for it. But even more than that, He wants you right in your Soul.
