Who among us doesn’t want happiness and joy? It is something that we all hold dear to our hearts.

Our problem today is that we don’t understand what true joy is. In the midst of this sinful world, joy has lost its true meaning. We have all types of entertainment and other ways of having fun available to us, but we still find that joy is absent in our hearts. The few times we are able to experience some happiness, we find that it is not fulfilling happiness, but rather something temporary that eventually fades away.

What is true joy?
We find a description of it in the Book of Genesis in which we read that man in the Garden of Eden was happy, blessed, innocent and perfectly joyful.

The source of his joy was a real and uninterrupted relationship with God. As long as he was close to God, he was filled with the peace of God and rejoiced in the perfect and indescribable joy of God. When he chose to become independent by disobeying God, however, he became separated from the source of his great joy.

From the time of man’s fall until the present day, people have been searching for this great joy. Some thought they would find it in the pleasures of this world and sinful living. Some thought they would find it in luxury and the enjoyment of riches, like, for example, the rich young man in the Gospel who turned away from the Face of our Savior because he couldn’t give up his wealth. Yet others seek to find joy in addictive behaviors, which turn out to be nothing more than self-medication that help us forget our pain.

What we do today is have fun, but that doesn’t necessarily translate into joy.

So what is a true joy and how can we attain it?

Praying and Meditation with your Soul Energy Noosphere Regulators increases the Divine Light of God within your heart and with His grace upon you, your Soul Energy Level will start increasing daily. True Joy will be present in your physical reality. The power that created you has put every opportunity here for you. It is up to you to deserve and to accept that what you concentrate on you can improve or gain.

This Spiritual Practice allows you to find true joy in the life-giving work of our Lord Jesus Christ as “Joy is rooted in Christ.” True joy is to believe in this life-giving work and to share in it through the pure and perfect Christian life. This joy in Christ can never be taken away.

True joy comes from sincere repentance. As we weep for our sins in the world, we find true joy springing up in our hearts. We then start looking forward to eternal life, in which there will be no more sorrow or sin. When we come upon a tribulation and suffering for Christ, we feel true joy, because, in them, we can carry our crosses with Him and share His suffering.

St. John Chrysostom explains it this way: “The affliction pertains to the body, and the joy to things spiritual…So then, it is possible for one who suffers not to rejoice when he is suffering for his sins but to experience pleasure when he is being beaten and suffers for Christ’s sake. For such is the joy of the Spirit. In return for the things which seem to be burdensome, the Spirit brings delight. They have afflicted you, he says and persecuted you, but the Spirit did not forsake you even in those circumstances.”

Important: By breathing the Energy of your Soul Energy Noosphere Regulators into your Energy Field you manifest in the Quantum Field your desire to connect with the Supreme Consciousness of God.

Sit down and put your Soul Energy Noosphere Regulator over your legs above your knees, then put your palms over it and say the following Prayer:

“Lord of Love, God of Love, we call on You in Your mercy. We accept the suffering you send us with joy in our hearts. We accept the hardships you allow to strengthen our spirit. We will do Your good Will without hesitation. Send us Your Spirit to bring into our hearts, into our minds, into our souls the fruit of Love, the good of joy and peace – the basis of Your patience and mercy. Give us the gift of faith, her meekness abstinence. Bless us as You have always blessed us. Make Your Name dear to our souls.

Instill Your Kingdom in our Souls. Feed our Souls with Your Word, so that all Your virtues may be strengthened in us. May Your bright Spirits of Love, Faith and Hope abide in us now, and always together with You! We bring praise and glory to You, the One Lord and God of the great sacrifice. Amen. ”

Praying to God is very important because in this way your Soul will start communicating with the Spiritual Energy (Word of God) which is inside your Soul Energy Noosphere Regulators! The power of Praying to God, coming from your heart, means you are ready to open it and to receive the Lord as your Savior.

Now when you manifest your faith in God by praying to Him take a deep breath through your nose and keep the inhaled air in your body for at least three to four seconds. Now exhale the air slowly through your mouth and repeat the process of breathing for two to three minutes. Even more, if you want. It is always up to you. There is no strict timing. The more, the better.

You are relaxed and ready to allowing your mind to start listening to your heart.

Now close your eyes while your hands are still over your Soul Energy Noosphere Regulator. Imagine that you are uplifting to the beautiful Mountain from the heather photo and standing below this beautiful Rainbow.

You are here, as you have to feel your own emptiness in order to erase all your negative energy based on fears and lack of Faith. You are here to create true joy within yourself. The joy that destroys sadness, gives patience in tragedy, in prayers, it gives grace, in labors and struggles it gives delight, in obedience it gives merriment. In hospitality, it gives shelter, in hope, it gives recourse, in mourning it gives comfort, in sorrow, it assists, in love it gives decoration, and in patience, it gives the reward.

Now see and feel God’s Greatest and Eternal Love around you as well as this beautiful Rainbow Light sent to you by the Lord Jesus Christ.

See and feel how the Lord surrounds you while you are below the Rainbow and how the Divine Light of God from above you is merging with the Cosmic and Spiritual Energy within your Soul Energy Noosphere Regulator, and through it with your whole Aura.

Inhale this powerful Rainbow Divine Light coming out of your Soul Energy Noosphere Regulator and feel how it is entering your Crown Energy Center.

Keep the inhaled air in your body for 3 seconds. Now see and feel how this Colorful Rainbow Divine Light starts moving from your Crown Energy Center down through your Third Eye Energy Center and exhale the air into it.
Repeat the same but this time inhale the air from the Soul Energy Noosphere Regulator to the Third Eye Energy Center. Keep the inhaled air in your body for 3 seconds. Now see and feel how this Colorful Rainbow Divine Light starts moving from your Third Eye Energy Center down through your Throat Energy Center and exhale the air into it.
Repeat the same by charging your Heart, Solar Plexus, Sacral, Root, Legs and Feet Energy Centers with the Colorful Rainbow Light and purifying them from all fears and negative emotions, by creating Bridges of Rainbows between your Energy Centers.

While doing it, humble yourself and ask God to give you the blessing of feeling the spiritual joy.
The joy based solely on the Lord—not touched by the world and revolving around who God is and what He has promised for His children. It’s a reality that surpasses our understanding. It’s a peace that abides in the heart that knows no matter what, all is well because the Lord Jesus is in the midst of its outcome. It’s not driven or tossed by worldly issues but remains a constant inside stabilizer above emotions or circumstances.

When the Light of God shines in our lives — when we place ourselves continually in His presence through our prayer, fasting, meditating on His word, participating in the very life of the Church, and every other thing we do to be in His presence — we gain a heart that is full of joy.

The more time you spend in the presence of God, by using your Soul Energy Noosphere Regulators, the more recognizable the voice of His Spirit will be to you. Then it’s up to you to obey because when the Spirit speaks, He’s not giving you suggestions, He’s giving you commands. But since you’ve already humbled and submitted yourself by this point, you’re ready to obey.

You are on the path of love and humbleness of God. You have to feel protected by the Divine Light of God and to trust Him.

With time and regular practicing, you will become a calmer, more focused individual that is more than capable of dealing with the twists and turns that are a basic part of life. You will also focus your attention much more clearly and you will understand things better.

Joy comes from knowing God, enjoying what God has done for you and believing that He constantly cares for you. May true joy be in your heart!
