Your Heart communicates with your Brain by constantly sending signals it, which causes the thoughts and emotions you experience. While you may not be consciously aware of it, it’s this communication that impacts every aspect of your life.

When you feel negative emotions such as anger or jealousy, your Heart sends a signal to your Brain that reflects the emotion. As negative emotions are unbalanced and volatile, that is exactly how the signal shows up in the Brain.

When you experience positive uplifting your Heart emotions such as appreciation, joy, care, love, then your Heart Rhythm Pattern becomes highly ordered, looking like a smooth, harmonious wave. This is called a Coherent Heart Rhythm Pattern.

When you are generating a Coherent Heart Rhythm, the body’s systems operate with increased efficiency and harmony.

Praying and Meditating with your Soul Energy Noosphere Regulators increases the Divine Light Energy within your Energy Field and you start attracting Waves of Light, which are positive thoughts given to you by the Creator. The higher your Divine Light power is, the higher your own power, through your deep faith in God, will be. It will help you block the negative thoughts with which Satan hits your heart.

You have to always be careful, both when you are happy and when you are sad. When you are happy you should not lose control through vivacity and laughter, nor when you are sad should you be so gloomy that it shows.

The reason why that occurs is that Satan shoots thoughts at us like arrows, but he cannot tell if our heart is receptive to them. But since he is an expert, once he shoots an arrow—that is, once he assaults us with an evil thought—he observes our face and all the movements of our body, and based on them, he gauges how well the arrow struck our heart. If he sees that the soul is hit, then he shoots more arrows there to kill it. But if he deduces from the exterior signs that the soul is not wounded, he changes his attack and so on.

Therefore, when you are happy, you should conceal it within yourself, so that he does not discover it through your carelessness and rob you of it with some temptation. Likewise, when you are sad, do not let it show lest he augments your grief after discerning the reason for your sadness.

This Spiritual Practice allows you to maintain a balanced state when you are happy and when you are sad, due to the devil not knowing exactly what is happening inside of you, and thus not knowing how to fight you.

Know that your heart generates the largest electromagnetic field in your body that permeates every cell and may act as a synchronizing signal for the body. The energy of the heart’s bio-electromagnetic field is not only transmitted internally to the brain but is also detectable by others within its range of communication.

Important: By breathing the Energy of your Soul Energy Noosphere Regulators into your Energy Field you manifest in the Quantum Field your desire to connect with the Supreme Consciousness of God.

Sit down and put your Soul Energy Noosphere Regulator over your legs above your knees, then put your palms over it and say the following Prayer:

“The Lord is my light and my salvation – whom shall I fear?The Lord is the stronghold of my life – of whom shall I be afraid?When the wicked advance against me to devour me, it is my enemies and my foes who will stumble and fall. Though an army besiege me, my heart will not fear; though war break out against me, even then I will be confident. One thing I ask from the Lord, this only do I seek: that I may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life, to gaze on the beauty of the Lord and to seek him in his temple.

For in the day of trouble He will keep me safe in His dwelling; He will hide me in the shelter of His sacred tent and set me high upon a rock. Then my head will be exalted above the enemies who surround me; at His sacred tent I will sacrifice with shouts of joy; I will sing and make music to the Lord. Hear my voice when I call, Lord; be merciful to me and answer me. My heart says of you, “Seek His face!” Your face, Lord, I will seek. Do not hide Your face from me, do not turn Your servant away in anger; You have been my helper. Do not reject me or forsake me, God my Savior. Though my father and mother forsake me, the Lord will receive me. Teach me your way, Lord; lead me in a straight path because of my oppressors. Do not turn me over to the desire of my foes, for false witnesses rise up against me, spouting malicious accusations. I remain confident of this: I will see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living. Wait for the Lord; be strong and take heart and wait for the Lord.”

Praying to God is very important because in this way your Soul will start communicating with the Spiritual Energy (Word of God) which is inside your Soul Energy Noosphere Regulators! The power of Praying to God, coming from your heart, means you are ready to open it and to receive the Lord as your Savior.

Now when you manifest your faith in God by praying to Him take a deep breath through your nose and keep the inhaled air in your body for at least three to four seconds. Now exhale the air slowly through your mouth and repeat the process of breathing for two to three minutes. Even more, if you want. It is always up to you. There is no strict timing. The more, the better.

You are relaxed and ready to allowing your mind to start listening to your heart.

You are ready to attain a FLAMING HEART – the one which burns with the Spirit of Christ! Wherever this heart is found it kindles all hearts associated with it. This kind of heart is attached to the Lord and is capable of altering people’s callous hearts into warm hearts, fit for a sacrifice of love that pleases God’s, gracious heart. A flaming heart confronts sin with power. Such a heart is capable of transforming those sins from abrasive thorns to nothingness. A person with such a heart transforms the love of the world with all its pleasures, into a life of gratitude towards the Lord for creating such a beautiful world for His sake. He transforms the lusts of the flesh into spiritual sensational feelings, including incredible love for the Lord!

Now close your eyes and imagine that you are facing Jordan River, where Saint John the Baptist baptized with water unto repentance.

This is where Lord Jesus Christ baptized too but with the Holy Spirit and Fire.
You hear only the noise of water, which is calming your negative emotions and feelings.
Now imagine you walk into the water and your feet are in it, while you are feeling a beautiful Divine Light warming your whole being.

Now radiate a feeling of appreciation towards your Lord as He is here to baptize you with Holy Spirit and Fire.

See and feel how the Divine Light of God surrounds you and how you are in the middle of a triangle, which represents the Holy Trinity. The Divine Light of God is merging with the Cosmic and Spiritual Energy within your Soul Energy Noosphere Regulator.

Inhale the Divine Light of God, imagining it to be in a triangular shape, coming out of your Soul Energy Noosphere Regulator and feel how this triangle made of the Light of the Holy Trinity is entering your Feet Energy Centers, going up through all your Legs Energy Centres, then through your Root, Sacral, Solar Plexus, Heart, Throat, Third Eye, Crown Energy Centers and merging with them as they alone are in a triangle shape in their core. Keep the inhaled air in your body for 3 seconds and while keeping it in, feel the healing energy of the Holy Trinity recovering all your cells and creating a very special connection between your heart and mind. Then exhale through your mouth and while doing it visualize how the Divine Light of God surrounds you and fulfils every layer of your Aura. Your reception to the Spirit is wide-open and full of light.

Now inhale the air from your Soul Energy Noosphere Regulator, again, and see, and feel how the Divine Light of Holy Trinity is entering and charging your Heart Energy Center with water, Holy Spirit and Fire.

Now ask the Spirit of God, dwelling inside you, to work therein granting you:

• A fiery heart inflamed with love to God and people, in that way making of it an icon of heaven.
• Grant you, in the merits of the cross, forgiveness of sins through repentance, to renew His covenant with you and extract all worldly desires from your heart.
• Make out of your heart a permanently illuminated lamp.
• Bestow upon you a spirit of leadership, which has the aim of salvation to all.
• Transform the words of the Holy Bible into illuminated words and them to be engraved in your heart!
• Ask the Spirit of God to encompass you with His fiery wall, to protect you from the fiery arrows of the enemy!
• Grant you His internal glory!
• Bless your heart, and make of it a temple fit for His dwelling and your soul a heavenly abode.

Now feel the genuine feelings, like appreciation and compassion, and how they increase your heart and mind coherence, how they start working together in balance and harmony.
See how you start taking responsibility for the energy you project by becoming more conscious of your thoughts, feelings and attitudes.

Then it’s up to you to obey because when the Spirit speaks, He’s not giving you suggestions, He’s giving you commands. But since you’ve already humbled and submitted yourself by this point, you’re ready to obey.

You are on the path of receiving God’s love and humbleness. You have to feel protected by the Divine Light of God and trust Him.

With time and regular practising, you will become a calmer, more focused individual that is more than capable of dealing with the twists and turns, which are a part of life. You will also focus your attention much more clearly and you will understand things better.
