Cleansing/Purifying of your Energy Centers

Sit down and put your Soul Energy Noosphere Regulator over your legs above your knees, then put your palms over it and say the following part of Psalm 50:

“Have mercy upon me, O God, according to thy lovingkindness: according unto the multitude of thy tender mercies blot out my transgressions. Wash me throughly from mine iniquity, and cleanse me from my sin. 

For I acknowledge my transgressions: and my sin is ever before me. Against thee, thee only, have I sinned, and done this evil in thy sight: that thou mightest be justified when thou speakest, and be clear when thou judgest. Purge me with hyssop, and I shall be clean: wash me, and I shall be whiter than snow. Make me to hear joy and gladness; that the bones which thou hast broken may rejoice. Hide thy face from my sins, and blot out all mine iniquities. Create in me a clean heart, O God; and renew a right Spirit within me. Cast me not away from thy presence; and take not thy Holy Spirit from me. Restore unto me the joy of thy salvation; and uphold me with thy free Spirit.”

It is very important you to pray to God deep from the heart because in this way your Soul will start communicating with the Spiritual Energy (Word of God) which is inside your Soul Energy Noosphere Regulator! The power of Praying to God coming from your heart means you are ready to open it and to receive the Lord as your Savior.

Now when you manifest your faith in God, by praying to Him take a deep breath through your nose and keep the inhaled air in your body for at least three to four seconds. Now exhale the air slowly through your mouth and repeat the process of breathing for two to three minutes. Even more, if you want. It is always up to you. There is no strict timing. The more, the better.

You are cleaning your Energy Centers with White Divine Light coming out from your Soul Energy Noosphere Regulator into your Energy Field.

Now Close your eyes and imagine a beautiful White Diamond Crystal coming out of your Soul Energy Noosphere Regulator. The Diamond crystal is a symbol of light, of perfection and illumination. This Diamond is shining bright as it represents the Spiritual Energy and the Cosmic Energy of the Creation within your Soul Energy Noosphere Regulator. Inhale it and imagine that the Diamond, with all its light, is entering your Root Energy Center through your navel, keep the inhaled air in your body for 3 seconds and while keeping it in, feel how the power of the Diamonds’ Light is cleaning all the darkness and negative energy of your Root Energy Center. Then exhale through your mouth and while doing it visualize how this negative energy is going out of your Energy Field in the open space through the Divine Light of the Diamond.

Now do the same practice for cleaning and detoxing each one of the rest of your Energy Centers – your Sacral Energy Center, your Solar Plexus Energy Center, your Heart Energy Center, your Throat Energy Center, your Third Eye Energy Center and your Crown Energy Center.

You can do the cleansing of every Energy Center 3, 6, 9 times led by your inner desire. In the beginning, even once will be enough until you get used to the practice.
