When you receive your Soul Energy Noosphere Regulator for the first time, hold it like you are hugging it close to your heart, walk for a while and sit down.

Saying “Lord’s Prayer” and “Jesus’ Prayer” is very important because, in this way, your Soul will start communicating with the Spiritual Energy (Word of God) and Cosmic Energy (Geometrical Models) Positive Programmes, which are inside your Soul Energy Noosphere Regulators! The power of Praying to God coming from your heart means you are ready to open it and to receive the Lord, as your Savior.
Now, when you manifest your faith in God by Praying to Him, put your Soul Energy Noosphere Regulator over your legs above your knees, then put your palms over it and take a deep breath through your nose and keep the inhaled air in your body for at least three to four seconds.
Now exhale the air slowly through your mouth and repeat the process of breathing for two to three minutes. Even more, if you want. It is always up to you. There is no strict timing. The more, the better.
Now Close your eyes and imagine a Ray of Divine Light, coming out of your Soul Energy Noosphere Regulator. This Ray is shining bright, as it represents
the Spiritual Energy and the Cosmic Energy of the Creation. Inhale it and imagine that the Ray is entering your Solar Plexus Energy Center through your navel, keep the inhaled air in your body for 3 seconds and while keeping it feel how the power of the light fulfilling all of you.
Then exhale through your mouth and while doing it visualize (imagine) how this Ray of Divine Light is surrounding your whole physical body, like a spiral rising up from the ground, uplifting through your body and Every Energy Center of yours until it gets above your head and surrounds your Aura, and whole Energy Field.
This is a very nice and easy Spiritual Practice and you can do it 3, 6, 9 times, led by your inner desire.
