SALES POLICY
ORDER ACCEPTANCE/ CONFIRMATIONÂ
Soul Energy reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order and to limit order quantities. We may also require additional qualifying information before accepting or processing any order.
Once we receive your order – whether online or via email at soulenergylife@outlook.com – we will send you an order confirmation via email. Please note that receiving an order confirmation does not signify acceptance of your order or constitute confirmation of an offer to sell; it simply confirms that we have received your order. Soul Energy reserves the right, at any time after receiving your order, to accept or decline it for any reason. If an order is canceled after you have been billed, the billed amount will be fully refunded.

STANDARD RETURN POLICY

We will arrange a replacement or credit, provided that the product is pre-authorized for return by Soul Energy LTD and is returned in its original, unused condition.
2. Standard returns
All return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. The returned product must:

3. Shipping costs
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning a product.

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, the actual delivery of your order can be affected by events beyond Soul Energy’s control once it leaves our facilities. Soul Energy cannot be held responsible for late deliveries, but we will work with you to ensure a smooth process.
Risk and Title

Soul Energy handles the dispatch of your products; however, the risk of loss or damage passes to you (or a person designated by you) once physical possession of the product(s) is acquired.

Title (ownership) of the product(s) passes to you when the carrier picks up the product(s) from our warehouse. At that point, you will receive a Shipment Notification Email.

LIMITED WARRANTY
Soul Energy LTD guarantees that every Soul Energy Noosphere Regulator is delivered to you in perfect condition, with no defects in materials or workmanship.
1. Shipping Damage or Defects on Arrival
If your Soul Energy Noosphere Regulator is damaged or defective upon arrival (e.g., scratched aluminum, broken plexiglass back), please contact us at soulenergylife@outlook.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will, at our discretion, repair or replace the product, provided it is returned in its original condition and accompanied by a copy of the invoice.
2. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to Soul Energy LTD.
3. Why the Warranty is Limited
Soul Energy Noosphere Regulators are made of aluminum, plexiglass, and paper-based internal programs. Once delivered undamaged, there is nothing that can fail under normal use.
Therefore, the warranty is focused solely on ensuring your product arrives undamaged and fully functional. This approach allows us to maintain high-quality products and reliable service while avoiding unnecessary replacement claims.
4. Exclusions

Any damage caused by accidents, misuse, or neglect is not covered.
