How to turn on closed captioning on youtube and how to change the resolution of the video

The published Videos are recorded in English language, but you can still turn on Closed Captionings for better understanding of the information. You can also select the Resolution (pixels) of each video for better broadcast quality. Videos are recorded at a Resolution of 720 & 1080 pixels, but when uploaded to YouTube, sometimes it is automatically set to a lower Resolution and the recording quality decreases. However, this can be corrected by selecting the Resolution you want.
